I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS No. 75761) in private practice in Los Angeles, CA. I received a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based practice for treating individuals who have experienced traumatic events. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults to process past trauma and manage present life stressors, guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery. I also help couples and families to repair attachment disruptions manifesting in their relationships to each other and those around them, as well as to themselves.

This personal insight promotes growth toward meaningful change and empowers my clients to overcome life's many challenges, fostering greater harmony between their inner and outer worlds.

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and trauma-informed with an attachment-based framework and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions.
