Our initial in-person session will allow us to become better acquainted with one another. We will begin by discussing what brings you to therapy and the goals you hope to achieve so I can learn more about your personal history and we can develop a plan for moving forward with sessions. At this time, we will also schedule regular appointments on a weekly or biweekly basis dependent upon your treatment needs.
